Defne Koryürek is the leader of Fikir Sahibi Damaklar, perhaps one of the most active Slow Food group convivia in Turkey. You might remember Fikir Sahibi Damaklar from the "GDO Orucu" [GMO Fasting] and "Etiket Hafiyesi" [Label Detective] campaigns, as well as "İstanbul Lüfere Hasret Kalmasın" [İstanbul Shall Not Long for Bluefish], a campaign that has initiated İstanbul Lüfer Bayramı [İstanbul Bluefish Festival], to be celebrated for the first time on October 15.
