Zeynep Yasa Yaman conducts research, contributes to publications, writes articles and criticism on modern/post-modern art, as well as the modernization process of the Ottoman Empire and the Turkish Republic. She teaches at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Literature, Department of Art History.
Ahu Antmen teaches at the Fine Arts Department of Marmara University. Recent publications she has contributed to include Unleashed: Contemporary Art from Turkey (2010) and Beyond Imagined Uniqueness: Nationalisms in Contemporary Perspectives (2010).
Semra Germaner is a professor at the Art History Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Germaner specializes in Ottoman and Turkish art as well as orientalist painting.
Ali Cengizkan is an architect and poet. Cengizkan is also the Dean of the Architecture School in METU; his research focuses on architectural design education, history of housing, urban history and he is widely published in these areas.
Güven Arif Sargın is Professor of Architecture at the Department of Architecture, METU. He was the recipient of the METU Academic Excellence Award (2000 to 2011) and METU Mustafa Parlar Foundation Academic Excellency Award (2004). His research on the environmental history of Turkish Modernism is expected to be published in 2013.
