Akın Atauz will focus on the multi-layered structure of various urban contexts, in particular that of Ankara. He will examine archaeological, historical or more recent and overlapping layers as a common thread of all cities. Atauz calls attention to changes, not only in the meanings of spatial evolution over time, but also the whole system of values that revolve around it.
